Somebody remind me how I had time for a job

Things I have done so far today:

* Cooked a hot breakfast (just for me! eggs over easy, mm!)
* Unloaded, reloaded, and ran the dishwasher
* Cleared a level in DDR Supernova Stellar Master Mode
* Picked up the toys on the floor in the playroom
* Showered
* Made the beds
* Started the laundry
* Took out all of the trash
* Helped solve a friend's printer problem
* Cleaned out Maya's closet and then put extra beds and bedding into it
* Took 5 giant bags of stuff to Goodwill
* Picked up the dry cleaning
* Dropped off health forms and emergency meds at summer camp
* Did some light grocery shopping
* Trimmed the neighbor's hedge what grows through the fence
* Had a lovely conversation on the phone with my dad
* Sawed down a tree
* Sawed down most of a giant overgrown forsythia
* Bought twine
* Hung up a hammock (unrelated to the twine)

Oh, and for those of you who were still concerned, I do have a new job, and I start in very early July. Go me!

My kitchen is: You know, you'd think after all that it would look nice and shiny, wouldn't you? And yet it doesn't. Huh.

She'll Fit Right In

"OK, Sasha, now you need a password. What do you want your password to be?"

"Can it be a bad word?"

"...I suppose so. What were you thinking?"

"STUPID. I want my password to be stupid!"

"Um. Well, I guess that's OK. Stupid it is."

Kids Today

"Mommy, I want to make a dot-com. Can I have a dot-com? How about Sasha dot-com? Or I could have Sasha Louise dot-com. Please, can we make a dot-com for me?"
