Feb. 1997 to present Art Director; Berenter, Greenhouse & Webster. Designed and produced as many as 80 print ads a day. Provided art direction for direct mail pieces, free-standing inserts, posters, and other material. Prepared Quark Xpress files and related art for electronic transmission (disk or PDF.)

May 1996 to Jan. 1997 Assistant Media Planner; Berenter, Greenhouse & Webster. Created insertion orders for over 250 publications. Distributed and tracked ad copy. Solved billing conflicts and errors with various publications.

Aug. 1995 to Apr. 1996 Computer Consultant, University of Michigan Information Technology Division. Assisted users in solving computing problems. Maintained computing sites and software. Troubleshot software and hardware and performed minor repairs Tracked repairs from inception to completion.

Nov. 1994 to Aug. 1995 Staff News Reporter, Eastern Echo. Conducted interviews after contacting potential sources. Attended and recorded meetings. Wrote stories in AP style. Met scheduled deadlines.

Jan. 1995 to July 1995 Composition Assistant, Sport Facilities Research Laboratory. Copy-edited On Ice, a national ice arena newsletter. Wrote and edited feasibility studies for clients around the nation. Entered and analyzed data from various community surveys.

Sep. 1991 to Jan. 1992 Staff Designer, Midnight Sun. Wrote and copy-edited articles and designed advertising and feature pages for a yearbook.

Sep. 1990 to June 1992 Editor-In-Chief, Free Verse. Copy-edited submissions and laid out photographs and text for a literary magazine. Wrote submissions.
